Partnership with St James’ Primary School
St Nicholas Early Education Kotara South offers a unique co-located facility designed to streamline drop-off and pick-up for parents and carers with children attending both the early education centre and St James’. This model ensures convenience while facilitating a smooth transition for preschool children preparing for formal schooling.
Central to the centre’s offerings is its Transition to School program, tailored to equip preschoolers with the necessary skills and confidence for their educational journey ahead. By fostering collaboration and partnership between early education and primary school settings, St Nicholas Early Education Kotara South aims to provide a seamless experience for children and families.
The co-location model also enables a range of collaborative initiatives, including community visits and interactive learning experiences for preschool attendees.
Environments
The centre’s indoor and outdoor learning environments have been thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration and creativity, with natural elements incorporated to inspire a sense of wonder and connection with the environment. The centre will be powered by 100% renewable energy, reflecting St Nicholas’ commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability.
