We understand that the cost of early education and care is an important consideration for families, particularly with the added expenses of Christmas and the summer holidays.
To help make additional care more affordable during this busy period, we are offering currently enrolled St Nicholas Early Education families 20% off the full childcare fee for extra casual days booked between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027, subject to availability and eligibility.
Whether you are managing work commitments, making time for appointments or organising a busy week, an additional casual day gives your child more time to learn and play in a familiar environment.
The discount applies before Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is calculated. It does not mean a guaranteed 20% reduction in your out-of-pocket costs.
How the casual day discount works
The offer applies to extra casual days booked on top of your child’s existing enrolment. Your permanent bookings remain unchanged and cannot be changed and rebooked to access the discount.
Your family account must remain paid and up to date throughout the discount period. Families receiving Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) and St Nicholas staff are not eligible.

If you know you will need an additional day, speak with your Centre Director or administration team about your preferred dates. They can check availability, confirm your eligibility and explain the next steps for booking.
All bookings are subject to availability, so we encourage you to get in touch ahead of time.

Terms and conditions
- Get 20% off an extra casual day booked between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027.
- The discount applies only to additional casual days booked on top of your current enrolment.
- Permanent bookings cannot be changed and rebooked to access this offer.
- Your family account must remain paid and up to date throughout the discount period to remain eligible.
- The offer is non-transferable to other St Nicholas services.
- Bookings are subject to availability. The offer may be withdrawn at the centre’s discretion. If withdrawn, any discounts already applied to bookings will remain valid.
- The discount is applied to the full childcare fee before Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is calculated.
- Families receiving Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) are not eligible.
- The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. St Nicholas staff are not eligible.
