What is the St Nicholas App?
Powered by the OWNA platform, the St Nicholas App gives families real-time access to a host of information: enrolment details, billing and statement updates, daily updates, and more. Our goal is simple—we want you to feel informed, engaged, and supported at every stage of your child’s early education or OOSH journey with us.
Key features you’ll find today
- Attendance and sign-in: You can securely sign your child in and out using your device or via a service-provided tablet.
- Announcements and messages: Stay up to date with notifications, reminders and important service announcements—all delivered in one central location.
- Billing and statements: View your invoices, check your account balance, and keep an eye on – if applicable – your Child Care Subsidy details.
- Enrolment management: Easily update family details, emergency contacts, medical information and more.
- Casual bookings: Families can request casual bookings directly through the app, making it simple to secure extra days when needed.
What’s coming soon
We are also preparing to gradually roll out two enhanced features:
- Daily updates: Soon you’ll be able to view photos, videos, snapshots and notes about your child’s day, shared directly by our educators.
- Learning documentation: Expect program updates, learning stories, observations and routine insights to be uploaded throughout the year—so you can more readily see how your child is progressing and engaging in our environment.
