We are excited to share a new initiative that we are launching across St Nicholas designed to celebrate and recognise the outstanding contributions of our team members who embody our core values in their everyday actions.
How it works
Anytime you witness a colleague demonstrating our values in action, you have the opportunity to nominate them as a Values Champion. Making a nomination is simple:
- Digital submissions: Access the digital nomination form via the St Nicholas page on our Intranet. Fill out the form with details about the colleague you’re nominating and how they exemplify our values.
- Physical submissions (Early Education only): Look out for the Values Champion box located in your staff room. Fill out a physical nomination form and drop it into the box to recognise your peers.
