It is an achievement that reflects their continual commitment to excellence and drive to grow and expand their practice and pedagogy. In gaining their NESA accreditation, Penelope and Jacqui are not only enhancing their professional portfolios but are enhancing the skillsets that underpin everything they do to enable the children and families in their care to flourish.
The ECT NESA proficiency is an accreditation that recognises teachers who have demonstrated their ability to meet the NSW Education Standards Authority professional standards, ensuring high-quality teaching practices across various domains such as professional knowledge, practice, and engagement.
St Nicholas Pathways is proud to support each of St Nicholas’ ECTs on their professional development journeys. In providing funding for accreditations our ECTs can access greater educational resourcing and ongoing professional development opportunities, and paired with the dedicated guidance of Amanda, our ECT Mentor/Trainer & Assessor, our ECTs receive personalised support as they grow and advance in their roles.
