We are pleased to introduce Shelley Fiddes, who was recently appointed as the new Centre Director of Fletcher Early Learning Centre and Fletcher Montessori. Shelley brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having worked as a Centre Director for one of Australia’s largest early childhood providers for the last nine years. During this time, Shelley led a centre that was of similar size and scale to Fletcher Early Learning Centre and Fletcher Montessori.

Shelley has a proven track record of leading her previous centre through several Assessment and Ratings processes with outstanding results. She is passionate about nature-based learning and building strong, meaningful partnerships with families, educators and communities, and is excited to bring these passions with her to Fletcher.
