Jess

Hello! I’m Jess, one of the newest members of the Pathways team. With 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, I hold a Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services, along with a Diploma of Leadership & Management. Currently, I’m pursuing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Apart from my professional life, I am a dedicated family person with three wonderful children, a loving husband and a household filled with pets. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with our learners and educators through meaningful interactions.

Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 24 years and recently joined St Nicholas Pathways as a Trainer and Assessor. Currently, I am working towards completing my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment by the end of this year. I am a parent to a 19-year-old and a 17-year-old, and together with my husband, we are navigating the challenges of the teenage years. Our household also includes a cherished 12-year-old Cavilar King Charles Spaniel. I am excited to mentor and train our next generation of Educators.
