Hi, my name is Belinda Turner!

I joined St Nicholas in June 2022 as your Resource and Planning Manager

I have come from a colourful background of driving backpacker tours around Australia for 15 years, with over 700 trips to Cairns and over a million kilometres under my foot—or should I say pedal?

I then decided I needed a ‘real job’ and came off the road to join a bus company (who would have guessed it was still in the blood?) and was the supervisor of over 300 buses going out daily. It was during my time in this role that I discovered my passion for operations and logistics, and my career has grown from there.

From there, I moved into the disability sector and found new challenges and a slightly different path by upgrading a large organisation from an analogue to a digital rostering system, which led me to St Nicholas to take on some new challenges and hopefully implement the same processes here.

I work with all Early Education Directors and OOSH Nominated Supervisors to assist in their day-to-day operations by ensuring all centres are staffed correctly, especially during these challenging times.

If you are looking for me, head to the ocean. You will find me either in a boat, fishing, or in a dragon boat, usually with friends and family close by.

I am looking forward to working with my St Nicholas colleagues to help make 2023 a great year for everyone at St Nicholas.
