Across the winter school holidays, St Nicholas OOSH beat the winter chill with a range of fun and exciting holiday programs.

SNO Gloucester

Check out a handful of the exciting experiences that happened across our services during Winter Vacation Care:

Build a cart workshop

Teaming up to build the fastest billy cart, St Nicholas OOSH Abermain were joined by Beyond the Beanstalk to support the students in conceptualising and constructing their team carts.

Sweet delights

Indulging in sweet delights, St Nicholas OOSH Denman kicked off Winter Vacation Care with World Chocolate Day, taking their taste buds on a culinary journey, baking cookies, creating chocolate sweets and joining in chocolate-themed games.

Gravity-defying fun

Defying gravity, St Nicholas OOSH Glendale conquered the obstacle courses of Revolution Sports Park, bouncing, climbing and sliding their way through each course.

Bush tukka delights

Welcoming Linda from Oz Tukka, St Nicholas OOSH Gloucester explored the rich palette of Indigenous bush foods, trying finger limes and wattle seeds. In exploring these new foods, students expanded their culinary knowledge, identified flavours, textures and foraging skills.

Gamers delight

Aiming for a strike and top points in the arcade, St Nicholas OOSH Branxton ventured to Dullboys Raymond Terrace.
