Hi, I’m Jenna!
I have recently joined the Fletcher Early Learning team in the Centre Director role and have received such a warm welcome from the St Nicholas community.
My career background is predominantly in the early learning space, having previously taken on roles as an Educational Leader, Assistant Director and Centre Director for other centres. Over time, this has shaped the passion that I have grown to support the growth of those in my care and to instill in them a sense of belonging in their educational environment.
The Fletcher community is vibrant and there is so much to get involved in, which I love to jump on board with. Strengthening the centre’s ties to local community is a big focus for me, offering our learners invaluable connections beyond the centre. I’m excited to see our community grow and evolve.
Ellen Shaw, Area Service Manager
Hi, my name’s Ellen!
I’m thrilled to take the next step in my career with St Nicholas as I transition into the role of Area Service Manager.
Previously, I have been working in the Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator role and the Administration and Client Services Officer role. In these positions, I established strong relationships across our Early Education and OOSH services. I’m enthusiastic about expanding and enhancing my support of our services, fostering thriving teams.
If I’m not bustling about the office, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors. There’s nothing quite like the revitalising power of fresh air to reset, recharge, and get back to business.
