Hi, I’m Kristy, Centre Director at St Nicholas Early Education Raymond Terrace. I’ve been in early childhood education for more than 22 years, and I feel incredibly privileged to be part of so many children’s lives – from just 8 weeks old right through to their first day of big school.

I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching and have worked across long day care, preschool, and even ran my own Family Day Care. For the past three years, I’ve had the honour of leading this amazing team here at Raymond Terrace.

What I love most is learning alongside children and seeing their faces light up when they discover something new. Creating a space where children feel safe, loved and supported is my highest priority – because when they feel that sense of belonging, they can truly thrive.
