    The St Nicholas App, powered by OWNA, is a secure app that connects families and educators, providing easy access to updates, billing, sign-ins, and communication from your St Nicholas service.

  • How do I download the St Nicholas App?

    When you enrol your child with St Nicholas, you will receive a link to download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please ensure you use this link to download the St Nicholas App. Do not download the standard version of OWNA through the app store.

  • How do I log in for the first time?

    Your onboarding email will include your login details and step-by-step instructions on how to get started in the app.

  • What can I do in the St Nicholas App?

    Since launching the St Nicholas App at the end of 2025, we have focused on the core operational features of the platform. Families are now using the app for:

    • Signing children in and out of care
    • Billing and account management
    • Receiving service updates and announcements

    As we continue to build on this foundation, additional features such as programming, daily routines, and more detailed learning updates will be introduced gradually to support an even more connected experience for families.

  • Is my information secure?

    Yes. The St Nicholas App uses encrypted, secure servers to protect your family’s personal and financial information.

  • Who can see my child’s information?

    Only authorised St Nicholas team members and your family contacts set up in the system will have access.
