Have you got a special talent to share? Hidden or ready for the spotlight? Join our OOSH’s Got Talent show and show us what you have got. Sign up on arrival to receive your entry number, rehearse your act and enjoy some popcorn while we watch the performances.

Slumber Party
Enjoy a relaxing day of self-care with movies, tie-dye craft and time to unwind with friends. Children can take part in meditation experiences, quiet board games and relaxing face masks for a calm and cosy day together.
Monday April 13
Mad Scientists
Lotions and potions, spells and science! Children will put on their scientist hats and lab coats to explore a range of fun science experiments. They will also create their own buoyancy bottle to take home.
Tuesday April 14
OOSH Olympics
Get involved in some friendly competition at our OOSH Olympics. Children will take part in a range of mini games and challenges, competing for gold, silver or bronze medals while representing their team and enjoying both team and individual events.
Wednesday April 15
Pickleball
We will join Glendale OOSH for a fun day outdoors playing pickleball. If you have not played before, that is okay. An instructor will be there to guide children through the basics so everyone can learn, play and enjoy the game together.
Thursday April 16
A Trip Through Time
Climb aboard our time traveller as we explore different periods in history. Bring your imagination and curiosity as we journey through time, discovering what life was like from long ago through to the present day.
Spy Kids
Bring your spy skills and investigative caps for an exciting Spy Kids day. Children will take part in spy-themed mini games to test their abilities, create their own spy gadgets and complete fun challenges that put their agility and problem-solving to the test.

Wheelchair Sports
Presentation at OOSH, on road safety, disability awareness or physical activity and sport, by one of the presenters who lives with a disability, followed by a 40 minute game of Wheelchair Basketball or Wheelchair AFL, played by the students.

Zumba Fusion
This will be a high-energy, dance-fitness class designed to boost confidence, coordination, and physical health in a fun environment with their friends.

Rip It Golf
We’re off to Rip It Golf for a day of fun on the greens! Children will test their skills with a round of putt-putt and try out the driving range. A great chance to practice aim, focus and friendly competition.

Get building with Bricks 4 Kidz! Children will explore STEM concepts through fun, hands-on LEGO® experiences—designing, constructing, and creating their own awesome brick masterpieces.

Reptile/Wildlife Encounter
The children will have fun discovering the diversity and uniqueness of animals that call Australia home. They will get up close to, interact with and learn about our furry, feathery and scaly friends from the bush.

A day filled with outdoor obstacle courses, outdoor lawn games and indoor movement activities.
Monday April 20
Creative Crafts and Food Day
The Children will be creating all types of different crafts to take home with them as well as decorate their very Monster DIY donut KIT for afternoon tea.

How to make a booking
- Ensure your child is enrolled at your preferred St Nicholas OOSH service. If you have not yet enrolled, please submit an enrolment request – CLICK HERE
- Complete our booking request through the St Nicholas App
- Confirm your enrolment details are up to date in the St Nicholas App (if you are not yet enrolled with St Nicholas OOSH, you will be sent a link)
- Any outstanding fees have been paid

What to Bring
- Wide-brimmed hat – School hats are usually best. When the UV is 3 or above, children will be required to wear a hat. Sunscreen is provided and routinely applied as per our Sun Protection Policy. If your child is sensitive to standard broad-spectrum 30+ sunscreen, please provide appropriate sunscreen clearly labelled with your child’s name.
- Morning tea and lunch – OOSH staff are not able to heat or cook food. Please ensure anything sent can be eaten straight from their lunch box. Our service is a nut-free zone. Breakfast and afternoon tea are provided.
- Enclosed shoes must be worn, such as joggers or sneakers.
- Refillable water bottle
- Spare set of clothes in case of an accident or excessive mess.
- Jumper or jacket
Child Care Subsidy
Did you know you are entitled to a discount of up to 90% off your fees through the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy? To ensure you receive your entitled subsidy, remember to confirm your CCS enrolment via the Centrelink website or app.
Cancellations and Absence
To change your booking, simply reach out to the St Nicholas OOSH service you requested a booking for. Please note, our cancellation policy requires notice of five (5) business days for cancellation of Vacation Care bookings. If you cancel within 5 business days of your booking, you will be charged the full rate. If your child is sick or otherwise unable to attend for one of your bookings, please let us know with as much notice as possible by phoning or texting the service’s mobile number. Please note, you will still be liable for any fees incurred on this day. If children are unwell, please refrain from bringing them to care.
Additional Information
Risk assessments are completed for all excursions and are available onsite for viewing. An OOSH staff member can provide a copy of any risk assessments to parents/ caregivers upon request.
