How to enrol
Instructions on how to enrol your child with St Nicholas Early Education or St Nicholas OOSH
Step 2:
The Centre Director will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your needs and invite you in for a centre tour.
Step 3:
Following the tour, you will need to create an account with My Family Lounge (MFL).
Visit our website and scroll down to the foot of the page, click ‘My Family Lounge‘, then click ‘Register’ and you will be taken through a process to create your MFL account.
Once you have completed this process, you will receive an email to complete your registration and create a password.
Please ensure you complete steps 1-2 before creating your MFL account.
Step 4:
Log in to your MFL account and tell us about yourself, your child and what bookings you would like.
Enter your contact details, your child’s details and complete a waitlist application
Step 5:
We will be in touch as soon as possible to advise if we have a spot available. If we have a spot, we will email you a formal offer for you to accept. You will then need to submit an enrolment form in the MFL portal.

How to enrol – OOSH
Step 1:
Submit an enquiry via our website – click here.
Please note, submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. No booking is confirmed until you have received email confirmation from St Nicholas.
Step 2:
Our friendly Admin and Client Services team will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss your needs and advise of availability.
Step 3:
You will be sent a link to enrol your child through the Xplor app.
Complete the form with details about your family and your child, and your preferred care days.
Step 4:
Our Admin and Client Services team will be in touch as soon as possible to advise if your required care days are available. If we have availability, we will email you with your confirmed care days. If not, you will be added to the waitlist for the service.

Submit a booking request for Before and After School Care or Vacation Care. One of our friendly team members will be in touch as soon as possible.

Submitting a booking request or enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. No booking is confirmed until you have received email confirmation from St Nicholas.

For casual and Vacation Care bookings, we have a 5-day cancellation policy, after which the parent/carer will be liable for their full fees for that session. For permanent bookings, we have a 2-week cancellation policy.

One-off cancellations for permanent bookings still require the parent/carer to pay their full fees for that session, unless the cancellation is permanent, in which case the family will forfeit their permanent place for that session.
