How to enrol – Early Education

Step 1:

 

Complete an online enquiry form via our website – click here.

Step 2:

 

Your Centre Director will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and invite you for a tour.

During your visit, you and your child will have the opportunity to meet the Centre Director and educators, explore our learning environments, learn about our programs, and ask any questions.

Step 3:

 

Following your tour, you will receive a link to complete your online enrolment form.

Once submitted, you will be sent an offer of enrolment. If your requested days are not available, your child will be placed on our waitlist.

How to enrol – OOSH

Step 1:

 

Complete an online enquiry form via our website – click here.

Please note, submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. No booking is confirmed until you have received email confirmation from St Nicholas.

Step 2:

 

Our Admin and Client Services team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your care requirements and advise on availability.

Step 3:

 

You will then receive a link to complete your online enrolment form.
Once submitted, you will be sent an offer of enrolment. If your requested days are not available, your child will be placed on our waitlist.

Submit an enrolment enquiry for Before and After School Care or Vacation Care. One of our friendly team members will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Submitting an enrolment enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. No booking is confirmed until you have received confirmation from St Nicholas.

  • For casual and Vacation Care bookings, we have a 5-day cancellation policy, after which the parent/carer will be liable for their full fees for that session. For permanent bookings, we have a 2-week cancellation policy.

  • One-off cancellations for permanent bookings still require the parent/carer to pay their full fees for that session, unless the cancellation is permanent, in which case the family will forfeit their permanent place for that session.
