Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the recruitment process take?

The length of the recruitment process can vary depending on the role and the volume of applications we receive. Typically, it takes a few weeks from the time you submit your application to when a decision is made. We strive to move through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring we give every application the attention it deserves.

How do I check on the progress of my application?

You can check on the progress of your application by contacting our Talent team – talent@mn.catholic.org.au

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. You are welcome to apply for as many roles as you feel align with your qualifications, skills and interests. We encourage you to explore the various opportunities we have available and submit an application for each position that interests you. Each application will be considered independently, and applying for multiple positions will not impact your chances for any particular role. Just make sure to tailor your resume and cover letter to highlight how your background and experiences align with the specific requirements of each job.

I can’t find a role I am interested in. Can I still submit an application?

Yes. If you don’t see a current opening that matches your skills and interests, you can still express your interest in working with us by submitting an employment expression of interest form. You can find this form on the Careers page of our website. By doing so, you’ll let us know about your background and the type of role you’re seeking, and we’ll keep your information on file for future opportunities that may arise.
